Ingredients

  • SERVED Lime: 50ml

  • Bacardi Puerto Blanco: 25ml
  • Copella Apple & Elderflower Juice: 30ml
  • Agave Nectar: 10ml
  • Mint Leaves: 8 each
Glass, Garnish & Ice
  • Highball Glass
  • Mint Sprig
  • Crushed Ice
Method
  1. Add 25ml rum, 30ml apple & elderflower juice, 10ml of agave nectar (or honey) and 8 mint leaves to a highball glass
  2. Muddle well
  3. Add crushed ice to highball glass
  4. Pour into glass and top with 50ml Served lime hard seltzer
  5. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig
