Competition Terms & Conditions: Win Highlights Festival Tickets

 

Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

 

Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must fulfil the requirements outlined in the competition announcement. Only one entry per person is permitted.

 

Competition Period: The competition is open until the 20^th of June. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

 

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.

 

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw, an alternative winner will be selected.

 

Prize: The prize consists of two tickets to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday days of the Highlights Festival as stated in the competition announcement. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

 

Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition and Highlights Festival, without additional compensation.

 

Data Protection: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.

 

Disqualification: Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified. SERVED reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any conduct detrimental to the fair and proper conduct of the competition.

 

Changes to Terms: SERVED reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
