All items in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing your order. If you place an order and an order is out of stock, our customer service team will be in-touch.

Where does SERVED deliver to?

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer FREE delivery on all UK orders.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we offer an express delivery option with DPD Next Day for £5.95. Orders need to be placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday for next business day delivery.

Where can I track my order and shipping?

Yes, you will be sent an email with live tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to be updated by the courier.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

Please get in touch with us at team@serveddrinks.co.uk and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment method.

My delivery has arrived damaged or items are missing, what do I do next?

We take care to pack all orders carefully to avoid damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or missing please take a photo of the damaged items and email this to team@serveddrinks.co.uk. One of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue. Please note we will require a photo of the damaged or missing good to raise a claim with the courier.

Can I return my order?
Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Take a look at our Returns Policy for more information.
