Summer Staycation Competition T&C's
Served Drinks & Host Unusual & The Red Cabin Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must meet the requirements set out in the competition announcement. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Competition Period
The competition is open until 23:59 GMT on 1st October 2025. Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message from SERVED Drinks Instagram. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.
6. Prize
The prize package (total value £600+) includes:
- A stay at The Red Cabin, bookable on any available date before 30th April 2026, excluding public holidays and bank holidays (subject to The Red Cabin’s T&Cs).
- A SERVED voucher
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. SERVED reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Data Protection
Your details will also be shared with Host Unusual and The Red Cabin for the purposes of prize fulfilment. Each party will handle your data in line with their privacy policy.
8. Disqualification
Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. SERVED reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the fair and proper running of the competition.
9. Changes to Terms
SERVED reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
