Spring Cocktail Garnish Guide

22.01.26

The best spring garnishes are simple, seasonal and easy to find. Discover your next cocktail garnish and serve up your cocktails like a pro!

Citrus, but lighter

Brighten up your cocktails with fresh citrus! Use lemon or blood orange, especially in early spring, sliced into thin wheels or half-moons for a clean finish, or lightly zested over the glass to add aroma without extra punch. Delicious with a Margarita.

Fresh herbs (the real stars of spring)

Fresh herbs are the real stars of spring, adding instant aroma and seasonal flair without trying. Easy-to-find favourites include mint, rosemary, thyme, and basil (best later in the season).

Lightly clap herbs before garnishing to release their scent, and use short sprigs rather than full bunches for a cleaner finish, perfect alongside our Lychee Martini!

Berries and early fruit

As the weather warms, experiment with seasonal fruit garnishes like strawberries (from late March) and raspberries. Halve berries to drop into the glass, or thread thin strips of poached rhubarb onto a cocktail pick. Enjoy with a Passion Fruit Martini for a lighter, fruit-forward garnish.

Seasonal floral notes

Used sparingly, flowers can add a whimsical spring touch. Seasonal options could include elderflower, chamomile, and dried edible rose petals. Use just one flower or a small pinch of petals, floated or placed gently on top can add a extra special twist to your Mojito.

Garnish shortcuts that still look good

You don’t need to garnish every drink differently. A few repeatable options keep things cohesive and low-effort. If it feels easy, it usually looks better.
